  1. So what with mothers who are allergic to fish?

    Behold the mighty algae!

Without the algaes, fish would not contain omega3 because only plants can produce essential amino acids and fatty acids.

If you miss the metabolized omega3 in fish, just try capsules with algae oil, it contains the same omega3 which is in fish, is completly free of heavy metall and pesticides which are common in fatty fish.

But also without algaes your body can metabolize the same omega 3 out of omega 3 which is richly contained in plant oils but also whole grains and nuts and also seeds.

Miss the iodine? Do not be scared, fortified salt, fortified bread and other foods are common, but you can also try algaes like the japanese do.

Use kombu for soup stocks, wrap some vegetable sushi with nori or use nori flakes in your cooking. It adds not only iodine but also minerals, vitamins, good fats and other stuff which makes fishes so healthy little beeings
