		<description>Thanks Sally.  I realized when I first started feeding my daughter 3 years ago that I put so much time into her meals that I forgot about my own.  Her meals tasted so good I started hoping she wouldn't eat much so I could have some!  Soon I changed my tune and made an effort to put my health at the top of the list.  It's challenging to this day but worth it!</description>

		<description>Great advice! Moms spend so much energy into caring for their children, but forget to care for themselves. I love the advice of feeding yourself one fruit or veggie for everyone one you feed your kids. A wonderful reminder!</description>
