What Not to Do When Pregnant

A longtime reader of this blog asked me to post this piece about what you shouldn’t do when pregnant. I love #1 (Clean out the cat litter box), but make sure to read the last sentence in #9 (Drink caffeine.) Caffeine is OK in moderation - about 200 milligrams a day - the amount found in a 12-ounce cup of coffee.
